Claiming Sp_ce is about celebrating and promoting the transformation of exclusive urban spaces into inclusive sites of community empowerment.
This site is a tool and archive for the project to document our site specific digital media and performance interventions. The project is led by digital media and performance specialist Boyd Branch and produced by the University of Kent’s School of Engineering and Digital Arts outreach program. Claiming Sp_ce aims to introduce young and old community members of Kent to the skills of digital media authorship through the creation of digital graffiti arts works projection mapped onto unique architecture in the UK.
